Ariana Negreiro disusses the Digital Livestock Lab at the UW-Madison Dept of Animal and Dairy Sciences which focuses on research applications of ML and computer vision for farm management and genetic selection. Negreiro disucssed the data processing pipeline and the CHTC Resources (HTCondor, Pelican and DAGMAN) that they rely upon for their work.
